IWH Building Surveyors & Consultants Pty Ltd is a private building surveying firm operating throughout the state of Victoria. We provide building permit and certification for all types of building classifications. Our clients span a vast range of domestic, residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and government sectors.
Since our inception in 2016, IWH Building Surveyors & Consultants has established itself as a professional private building surveying firm focusing on providing exceptional customer service. We ensure customers have a stress-free and prompt building certification process.
Our emphasis is to provide a reliable service and prompt turnaround times whilst achieving a strict high level of building code compliance to protect developers, builders, and ultimately owners and occupiers; an approach that has resulted in many continued long-term business relationships and customer referrals.

Director | Principal Building Surveyor
20+ Years Experience
Issac has over 20 years experience in the built environment. As a fully qualified town planner and registered building surveyor, Issac provides a holistic approach to building and construction.
He has previously worked at the City of Melbourne as a Town Planner and for one of Australia's largest national building surveying firm. With a broad knowledge base and experience of building projects across all classifications, his can-do attitude and honest approach will assist and guide you through the statutory building process.

- • Graduate Certificate in Performance Based Building & Fire Codes – Victoria University
- • Bachelor of Building Surveying – Holmesglen Institute of Tafe
- • Graduate Certificate of Technology (Construction Management) – Swinburne University
- • Bachelor of Applied Science (Planning) – RMIT University
