We provide building permit and certification for all types of building classifications. Our clients span a vast range of domestic, residential, commercial, industry, education, and government sectors.
Since our inception in 2016, IWH Building Surveyors & Consultants has established itself as a professional private building surveying firm focusing on providing exceptional customer service. We ensure customers have a stress-free and prompt building certification process.

Qualified and Experienced
Issac leads a team of experienced, qualified, and registered building surveyor who have been providing Regulatory services in the industry for years. The team at IWH Building Surveyors is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and expertise in all areas of building surveying. Our team’s credential includes degree and post graduate studies in building surveying, construction, and numerous years of experience in the industry. We also ensure that our staff remains up to date with the latest building regulations and best practices by undergoing continuous training.
Issac Huynh
Director
Issac has over 15 years experience in the built environment. As a fully qualified town planner and registered building surveyor, Issac provides a holistic approach to building and construction.
He has previously worked at the City of Melbourne as a Town Planner and for one of Australia’s largest national building surveying firm. With a broad knowledge base and experience of building projects across all classifications, his can-do attitude and honest approach will assist and guide you through the statutory building process.
Qualifications:
- Graduate Certificate in Performance Based Building & Fire Codes – Victoria University, 2013
- Bachelor of Building Surveying – Holmesglen Institute of Tafe, 2011
- Graduate Certificate of Technology (Construction Management) – Swinburne University, 2010
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Planning) – RMIT University, 2007
