Inspection Request Form

Please provide your project details for your inspection booking. Please ensure you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined below:

Inspection bookings cannot be booked on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for sites in metro areas. Regional sites will require 48 hrs notice.
Urgent same-day inspection requests that do not meet the minimum 24-hour notice period will incur an additional 50% inspection charge.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation. Same day cancellation will incure full inspection fee.
Inspection request needs to be submitted by 3 pm to ensure booking request is processed by the next business day.
